Digiexpert is an industry specialist marketing agency based in Western Sydney. We go deep in a small number of industries rather than shallow in all of them. Across more than fifty Australian, American and British businesses we have learned what each category’s buyers actually search for, how long they take to decide, and which numbers matter. That means we are not learning on your budget.

What an industry specialist marketing agency does differently
A generalist agency starts every account by learning your market on your budget. An industry specialist marketing agency starts with the search terms your buyers already use, the seasonality of your category, the compliance rules that govern your advertising and a realistic cost per enquiry drawn from comparable accounts. In practice that shortens the ramp-up from months to weeks, and it changes what we can promise you in the first ninety days.
Where we specialise: home builders, dentists and engineering
Three industries where we run dedicated campaigns, hold current case studies and publish our pricing openly.
Home Builder Marketing
Lead systems for volume and custom home builders selling house and land. Ads, landing pages, local SEO and CRM follow-up built around display homes and estate releases in North West Sydney and beyond.
Dental Marketing
Google Ads, local SEO and Google Business Profile for single and multi location dental practices, with AHPRA advertising rules respected in every ad and treatment page.
Engineering and Manufacturing
Marketing and CRM for prefab, fabrication, balustrading, composites and industrial suppliers, where the sale is technical, the cycle is long and the enquiry has to reach the right estimator.

Common questions about industry specialist marketing
Why does industry experience matter when choosing an agency?
Because most of the cost of a campaign is spent learning. An industry specialist marketing agency already knows the search terms buyers use, the seasonality, the compliance rules and the realistic cost per enquiry in your category. That knowledge shortens the ramp-up from months to weeks, and it is the difference between a test budget and a working one.
Do you only work with the industries listed here?
No. These are the categories where we have the deepest track record, and we take on a limited number of clients outside them each year. If your business does not fit neatly into one of these groups, tell us what you sell and who buys it and we will say honestly whether we are the right agency for it.
Can you work with multi-location and franchise businesses?
Yes. Several of our clients run multiple sites, including one hospitality group with around twenty locations across Australia and the United States. Multi-location work needs location-level tracking, shared creative with local variation and reporting that separates group performance from individual venues, and we build campaigns that way from the start.
Do you work outside Sydney?
Yes. We are based in Western Sydney and most of our clients are in New South Wales, but we work with businesses across Australia and have clients in the United States and the United Kingdom. Local SEO naturally needs to be tied to a location; paid advertising, websites and automation do not.
What does it cost to work with Digiexpert?
Our specialist industry packages start from A$1,990 per month plus GST for a single-channel Growth plan and A$3,490 per month plus GST for the multi-channel Dominate plan. Work outside those packages is quoted after a strategy call, so we are pricing the actual job rather than a guess.
Not sure where you fit?
Tell us what you sell and who buys it. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right agency for it, and what we would do in the first ninety days if we are.
